Well I had another ultrasound today. My endometrium and uterus looked "spectacular." Or so the doctor says. I have a follicle, but I am not putting much hope in this cycle. I have not yet ovulated so I go in next week for another check. They also drew blood today to check my progesterone levels. I really like this new doctor--he is so proactive and positive that I will get pregnant with IVF.
Update: The doctor called later in the day to tell me that my progesterone levels did not indicate ovulation, but I expected to ovulate this week rather than last since my cycles are more than 28 days. So I go in for another ultrasound next Monday and a blood draw to check progesterone level once again. I think will also start getting injections of Lupron after next weeks appointment--we are going to try to order the hormones from England this evening.
