At the age of 35, I had yet to cook a turley dinner with all the fixins. But now I have and it turned out pretty well if I do say so. Here is what I did to make it easier.
1. I just did a breast.
2. I made several things the day before: mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and pies.
3. I did not make my own gravy--the store brands mixed together makes a fine gravy!
4. Frozen rolls
It all turned out great and was really tasty.
I wish one and all a restful holiday season!
