Gosh this blog is just not very uplifting. 2009 is a pretty crappy year so far. It certainly has some bright spots here and there, but too many bad things keep happening.
This afternoon, on my way home from work, I was not paying well enough attention and I rear-ended someone. I was oh so close to home, traffic backed up and I did not slow down in time. I hit an old truck and bent their rear bumper. I also pushed that truck into a little Mazda and their bumper got scratched from the truck's licence plate. So, my car is at a body shop, I have a reantal car, and my foot hurts like hell.
I hope all involved are OK and I also hope I don't get screwed in this whole thing.

Hey girlfriend!! I hope the last few weeks have gotten better!! I haven't caught up with you on here in far too long! Accidents stink...I hope it is all being dealt with smoothly! I still had to pay for my rental car when I was rear ended...BUGS ME...I was the one rear ended...and the driver who hit me....his insurance wouldn't approve 4 days at the body shop...only 2....how LAME is that!? I'm tired of fighting it...ridiculous! I hope it is all smooth sailing for you now! You sure deserve it. And I hope you will stay home and relax this summer!! Maybe you should come visit ME!! :)
